How does EFT work?
EFT works by lightly tapping on the acupressure points located along the body’s energy meridians, which are like energy pathways throughout your body. While the practitioner taps along the meridians with his or her fingertips, the patient repeats their own unique positive affirmation, as developed with the practitioner at the start of the session. The patient focuses on the triggers of his or her negative emotions or behaviour.

1. Overcome addictions and cravings
EFT can correct the energy imbalance that is responsible for the urgent sense of stress and negativity that may lead us to succumb to cravings and addictions. 2. Conquer phobias
While the practitioner is tapping along the energy meridians, you will focus on the occurrence (be it past, present or future) that is triggering your negative emotions.
